My dog has a gray, cauliflower lump on her chest. Is it an emergency?

My 2 year old terrier mix female dig has a gray wart cauliflower looking limp on her chest, should I take her to the e.r. or wait till morning for an appointment?

This is something that can be looked at during g normal business hours and does not appear to be an emergency. That spot may be a type of growth/ cyst or it may be an area of skin infection. Have your vet take a look.
