Why is my dog foaming, shaking, and acting like he had a seizure?

From your description it is possible that Roxy had a seizure. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. Other signs of seizures would be strange behavior before the seizure, the seizure itself can include shaking or tending of all the muscles, Bailey may urinate or defecate during as well. I recommend keeping a close eye on her and trying to film this if it happens again to show your vet. They can determine the cause of the seizure with blood work and more advanced imaging such as a CT scan. If seizure activity is confirmed, Bailey will likely be placed on anti-seizure medication. Usually small breed dogs require to be fed throughout the day every 6 hours or so. However, this could also be due to something else like a toxicity of some kind. I highly recommend that you have Ice evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible for further assessment and treatment. You could consider an emergency veterinarian that is open at this time. If there are no emergency veterinarians open in your area, make sure to take him as soon as they are. This is not something that can really be managed at home. Diagnostics that will be recommended will include bloodwork and advanced imaging such as an MRI. There could be many causes for seizures in a young healthy dog. He could have gotten into a toxin, he could have epilepsy or something else. I would recommend a veterinarian tomorrow to have blood work and a physical examination performed. I would also consider a neurologist to follow up so they can help with a diagnosis. I hate to hear that Peyton had some sort of an episode. Certainly urinating on himself is suspicious of a seizure type activity, although other neurological abnormalities could cause similar signs. I recommend to have him seen by his veterinarian today if possible. The doctor will check his neurological reflexes to try to determine the cause. If it was a seizure, this can be caused by epilepsy, electrolyte imbalance, liver disease or cancer. Poor Dex. Any seizure should be checked out by a vet, as they are not normal. I would get him an appointment to get this checked out as soon as you can. If he seizures again before you can seek vet care: - Don't put your hands near his mouth - Keep some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle to spray on the pads of the feet for cooling - Monitor him at all times during the seizure to ensure that he cannot hurt himself by crashing into furniture, etc - If the seizure continues for more than 5 minutes, seek emergency care immediately I hope this helps!
