My dog has facial swelling, hair loss, and bumps. Is it allergies?

If this happened within a few hours, then allergies would be my first suspicion. However, it appears that there are areas of hair loss around the eyes and on the face. If you know she is beef allergic then yes it could certainly be the cause. If she is bright in herself and not sick I recommend monitoring her, the bumps should go awaay if it's allergy. If they don't start improving within 24 hours visit the vet in case it's something else.
