Unfortunately there is nothing I'd recommend doing at home and I would recommend seeing a veterinarian right away. If Cookie has a scratch on the surface of the eye it could quickly become infected and cause her to lose vision in that eye. If the wound is near the eye it could become infected and oral antibiotics are probably the best way to prevent this from happening. While aspirin can be given to dogs I don't recommend it since it can cause stomach upset easily and limits the better choices that your veterinarian might prescribe since aspirin interacts with many drugs.

I am very sorry to hear about Cookie. While it isn't possible for us to diagnose based on a photo I am concerned this could potentially be a perforation of the cornea due to a deep ulcer (basically a hole in the surface of the eye and you are seeing the vitreous inside the eye coming out). This would be considered an emergency and I would recommend travel to an emergency vet if at all possible. If one is not available, then keep her as quiet as possible until your vet opens and if you have an e-collar put it on her so she cannot rub or scratch at the eye and cause it to worsen.
