Why are my dog's liver enzymes elevated again after Udiliv treatment?

I have St. Bernard dog age 6 yr weight 76kg he found elevated SGPT level 120 my vet prescribed him udiliv 300 mg twice a day for 15 days and told me to go for blood test after completing course then I went out for blood test after completing the course and it come normal within limits but again after a month I went for SGPT test then again it come elevated 117 why it come elevated after completing udiliv course ? And after completing course in how many days udiliv come out of body ?

Udiliv works by thinning and improving the flow of bile through the liver, reducing obstructions and bile stasis which result in elevated enzyme levels such as sgpt. If there is still a cause of inflammation or active liver disease present, these enzymes may start to increase again after the udiliv course has finished - where this is the case further investigation and treatment of the liver disease is required
