It sounds like the ear is very infected and is very painful and uncomfortable to Moti. It would be best to bring him to a vet ASAP so the ear can be cleaned out, and medication given to help him feel better. A course of ear medications/daily cleaning at home is usually required to help clear up the infection and provide relief.

I'm sorry that Mike is having trouble with this! It sounds like he probably needs a prescription medication to clear up the infection. Take him to the vet and they can advise you based on their exam and any lab tests regarding the medication needed to clear the infection.
