Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 4 months old
My German shepherd is 10 yrs old external ear infection since 1 month .c&s has given report sensitive to ampicillin , Amoxicillin , gentamicin. ext . Tried all ,no effect .tell me what should I do .can I syringe with diluted hydrogen peroxide .

No, not at all! This is terrible. Would you put apple cider vinegar and hydrogen peroxide in your ear? You also don't know if the ear drum is intact, and this can cause serious problems if it's not. Good on you for asking a professional before trying it. Take Peques into the vet in the morning to have his ear infection treated properly. I hope this helps!
