My dog's ear has blood and dark discharge after cleaning. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 110 lbs

I was cleaning my dogs ear and he has a dark dischrge I used a cotton ball when I took the gotten ball out of his ear there was blood. He doesn't seem to be in any pain nor is he scratching or shaking his head.

From what you describe it sounds like Koda may have an ear infection. I would encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian. He will likely need a topical medication to help resolve it. Best of luck and I hope he improves quickly.
