Hi My Pup Had Distemper & Is Currently Being Treated, At First His Symptoms Improved But Now He Is Starting To Back Track, Should I Be Concerned?

She is probably still recovering from the virus. Once you have Distemper, you have it for life, but we don't often see any signs of relapse until a little while later when it shows up as twitching or seizures. I would just allow her to rest and frequently offer her food and water. If she continues to be lethargic for 24 hours, then I would call the vet.
