My 7-month-old cocker spaniel has diarrhea, is hyper, and restless.

This sounds serious so I recommend a veterinary exam right away. With a small dog they can get dehydrated very quickly and the sooner the vomiting and diarrhea are controlled the better he’ll be. They will probably give fluids in addition to medication for the vomiting and diarrhea, and may do lab tests to find the cause. Poor Bronco. I can give you a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, he starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. Best of luck.

You should put her on a bland diet (lean, cooked meat with some rice or pasta) for a few days. If she continues to pass diarrhea over the weekend, or if she becomes lethargic or starts to vomit, you should take her to your local vets or call your emergency service.

You can start Duke on a bland diet mainly composed of boiled chicken and white rice for a few days which may help soothe his gastrointestinal tract. Otherwise, this is very likely going to resolve.
