My dog is coughing for days and just vomited yellow bile. What's next?

Coughing can be caused by an infection, heart problem or lung condition, it is important to first know the cause before treating it as treatment is different from condition to another. The most common disease causing cough is a viral/bacterial infection called Kennel cough, this disease usually resolves without treatment within a couple weeks but if the cough is too severe it is recommended to go to the vet in order to get cough medicine and antibiotics.

Poor Daisy! I would take her back into the vet today if possible. He could have an upper respiratory infection, lower respiratory infection (pneumonia) or even something stuck in his throat. Since it has been 4 days already I would recommend getting Mocho seen by your vet for a proper exam of his mouth, throat and chest sounds to determine which is likely. If he does have an upper respiratory infection then antibiotics will be recommended to help clear up his infection. I think she needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. Poor Stella. This sounds like a possible Upper Respiratory Infection (URI) which is common in dogs just like the common cold in people. If she has been coughing with no improvement for more than 3-4 days, then its best to get her seen by your vet to have her evaluated and treated.
