Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 50 lbs
My dog seems to be constipated bad her water drinking has increased a lot, but she will not hardly eat at all is there some kind of stool softener that I could give her to help her move her bowels

You need to take Cooper to your vet. A number of causes are possible including kidney failure, diabetes, or a disorder of her adrenal glands. Your vet will do a thorough physical exam and probably recommend running some lab work to look at her blood and urine to start getting some idea of what the problem is so that you know your options for treatment. Abdominal X-rays may he recommend due to the concern for constipaton.
Make an appointment as soon as you can. In the meantime, make sure there is plenty of fresh water available at all times.
