My dog, whom I assume is most likely an American Cocker Spaniel possibly half, happens to have cherry eye and I don't know how to go about getting it remove. Help please?

I am sorry to hear about Princess! Fixing a cherry eye is a surgical procedure. Many veterinary clinics are able to perform this surgery. I would recommend finding out if your vet does this procedure and scheduling an appointment for them to examine Princess' eye to ensure that it is indeed a cherry eye that she has.
