Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 10 months and 22 days old | 40 lbs
My dog is a pitbull boxer Mix and she has had a weird bump next to her carpal pad for a while, it is raised and looks like it might be an extra growth or possibly infected I'm not sure, i would love your advice thank you. The third image is her normal carpal pad for comparison

This bump looks quite irritated. It could be an ulcer, an infection, or even a small skin tumor. I would recommend evaluation by a veterinarian so that they can diagnose this lump and get Stella on the appropriate medications (if needed). Until her appointment, make sure she isn't licking it as that will only make it worse. You can cover it with a sock or have her wear a cone/e-collar on her head.
