My dog has cancer. How do I know if she's in pain and needs medicine?

Pet's info: Dog | Rat Terrier | Female | unspayed | 9 lbs

My rat terrier has fast going cancer . Bet give her 2 to 6 week to live how do I know if she is in pain to give her her pain medicine I forgot to ask them Friday at her appointment

I'm so sorry Blue has cancer! Signs of pain in dogs include a reluctant to move, decrease in appetite, lethargy, and whining. Should you see any of those signs, I would give her the pain medication as directed by your vet.
