My dog has a burn. His hair is falling out and there is this yellow sticky fluid that comes with the hair. I really can't go to the vet because I can't find my shot records for him. What should I do?

That looks quite severe and Jackson really needs to see a vet immediately. You don't need your shot records for him in order to see a vet, as your vet will have their own copy of his shot records on file. Even if he isn't up to date on his shots, that won't prevent him from seeing a vet. He has to have veterinary treatment for that burn now, it will be very painful for him. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
