Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | 5 years old | 75 lbs
Hello, I'm a proud pet owner of an Old English Bulldog of 5 yrs. Jax seems to have a severe skin issue but his stub, and also has little bumps all over his body. He also has fresh red blood in his fecies. Recently I have notice growth in between his falangies as well. This is very overwhelming for me considering this is the first dog I have owned? Do these symptoms sound cancerous?

I strongly recommend you arrange a full vet check and possibly biopsy of the growths. A fecal test may also be recommended if no obvious cause is identified. It is unlikely the symptoms are related but it could be possible
