I am sorry to hear Mila is unwell.
I feel, based on what you have described, that Mila needs to be seen by a veterinarian. Vomiting followed by inappetance and lethargy is not a good combination. The rapid breathing could indicate pain. Mila may have ingested something that is causing an obstruction, she may have inflammation of her pancreas, there are a myriad of other issues she could be dealing with. Your veterinarian can perform a thorough physical exam and may recommend diagnostics (such as X-rays and bloodwork) based on what they find during the exam. Depending on the results of the exam and testing Mila may need to stay in the hospital for IV fluids and supportive care.
