My puppy was spayed today. As she's sleeping I'm noticing her breathing goes back and forth between fast and slow. I know that she did this after two of her vaccinations before because they were the most painful for her. So is it something I should be concerned with? Or just keep an eye out? She's only been home for a few hours. She was able to eat a little bit and drink some sips of water.

If it was pain i would expect he to breath the same way or even worse when she is awake, if you are worried take her to your vet to have the surgical wound check and make sure she is not running a fever.
