My male GSD has bloody penis discharge. Is it his prostate?

I am sorry Reese is not feeling good. I am not 100% sure about Reese's age but I would be concerned about a urinary tract infection, bladder stones, prostate issues or even trauma. He needs a urine sample performed to check for an infection, crystals or cancer cells. An ultrasound can look inside the bladder to check the wall thickness and look for a mass and check his prostate . At his age any of these are possibilities and there is no way to know without testing

Hello, sorry to hear about Oscar. He could have an infection of his prepuce or penis. Additionally, he could have a UTI or urinary stones. Ideally, he should be examined by his veterinarian so that they can evaluate his penis, prepuce and look for evidence of stones or a UTI.
