My dog is bleeding and scared after her rabies shot. What's wrong?

My female dog 18 months old 8 month back she got first heat today morning she took raksharab injection, now she got bleeding from his vagina she look very scared, i don't know what is the reason please suggest any solution asap

The rabies inhection is not the cause of her vaginal bleeding. Most female dogs go into heat twice a year so she would likely be on the way of her second heat. If her vulva is also swollen, then that is the cause of bleeding.
If her vulva is not swollen, you should take her to a veterinarian for an exam as she may have a urinary tract infection or a uterine infection
