My dog has a bleeding, burst purple bubble on his sheath. What is it?

Dog had a dark purple bubble/blister on his sheath. It became bigger and burst. Now it's leaking blood.

I would recommend taking Bentley to have that looked at-while it is possible it is nothing more than you have described-there is also a possibility it could be a small tumor made of vascular tissue. Your doctor can do a needle aspirate or a biopsy while you are there.

I'd have it looked at soon just to make sure it's nothing more serious-they can also help with the bleeding if there is no further concern
