What are black lumps on my dog's stomach and what should I do?

Any lumps/bumps that you notice on your dog should be checked out by your vet so I'm glad you are planning a vet visit. It looks like that left lower mammary gland is swollen from the photos although it is difficult to say for sure. The other "zit" looking things are pustules and could be the start of a bacterial infection of the skin or they could be plugged hair follicles. I think you should get her to your vet for an exam especially if that mammary gland is swollen. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

It sounds like this is some kind of skin growth. Dogs can develop melanomas of the skin along with many other benign growths. I would recommend having your vet take a look - they might recommend taking a sample with a small needle to determine what this might be, or they might recommend going ahead and removing it.

That could be the result of a traumatic skin injury of potentially a spot of infected skin. I would recommend not to remove the crust and keep the area clean with salt water bath (10 teaspoons of salt in 1 liter of water twice daily) for the next 3-4 days.
