Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 2 years and 5 months old
My dog came positive with babesia canis so what is it ? In blood smear report under protozoa it came b.canis+ sonis it brucella or babesia canis

It is babesia canis; anemia is not present now but only thrombocytopenia which is a common finding in babebiosis. Anemia could develop on a later stage.
Diagnosis should be confirmed (qPCR on EDTA blood) and treatment started.
