Dog ate sausage, threw up, and breathing strangely. Should I see vet?

It sounds like she may have reverse sneezing which is nothing to worry about. I suggest you watch some YouTube videos to see if that is what you think she is doing. No, I don't think there is a bone stuck in her throat. I cannot see her so I can't comment if she can breathe OK or not. If you are worried you need to get her to your vet for an exam. The bone may be making her nauseated and she is trying to throw up - not cough.

Sneezing as a sole symptom is not an emergency, and his vocalizing during sleep may have been related to a dream. However, the vomiting multiple times has me more worried, and warrants a vet visit - particularly since it's coming on the heels of his respiratory changes. Hope this helps!

This could have been caused by many things including: reverse sneezing due to irriation of the throat, panting due to pain, underlying heart disease or a primary lung disorder. Then you should certainly see your vet for further testing to definitively diagnose the underlying problem and start treatment right away. I'm wondering if Luffy's problem while breathing might be a reverse sneeze. This is caused by any irritation to the back of the throat or nose and is usually not associated with a serious disease (see a video here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=U3L4v0W2_Sw). The attempting to vomit may actually be a non-productive cough, the two can look very similar. With either of these problems a physical exam with a veterinarian could be completely normal. If you're able to take a video of what's going on you might be able to show your veterinarian during a recheck visit which might help them determine what Luffy is doing.

I recommend that you have Peaches evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Likely diagnostics to be performed include thoracic radiographs and bloodwork. Inappetence could be due to this or in reality it could be that she has another condition also causing her not to eat such as pancreatitis for example. Treatment would be dependent on findings. I highly recommend bringing Luna to a veterinarian to have her heart and lungs listened too. Did the breathing start after she vomited? If so, then she may have aspirated some food. Did it start before? It can be something related to her heart or even her lungs. Without a good physical examination and someone listening to her it is hard to say what it is. I would take her as soon as possible if you feel she is breathing a lot faster and heavier.
