My dog ate Nutella and ham. Is it safe for her sensitive stomach?

Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Spitz | Female | spayed | 2 years and 4 months old | 11 lbs

My sister gave to my dog just a little of nuttela, should this harm her? And another que: my family doesn't understand that her tummy don't feel really good about pig meat, they sometimes give her ham a little, cause it's small amount she don't have always diarrhea, but sometimes she do, can feeding her something like that harm her overall health?Like ham isfull of antibiotics too and not healthy so yeah i'm really trying to tell them but they just keep sayingsmall amount won't do nothing to her

Hello. No, a small amount of Nutella will not harm Joshie. Your family needs to understand that Josie has a sensitive stomach, so she should not be fed anything except her dog food. I know that we feed our pets special things because we love them, but this is not always healthy. A little ham now & then will not hurt her, but everyone should be careful.
