I was unable to find a hyanthia plant by searching Google and I'm thinking that you potentially meant a hyacinth plant. Hyacinths contain alkaloids that can cause severe vomiting and diarrhea. The bulb is the most toxic, but other parts of the plant can be toxic as well. If only a few leaves were nibbled it is less likely that you will see signs than if all of the plant and the bulb was ingested. If you see any vomiting, decreased appetite, or diarrhea I'd recommend taking your dog to an emergency veterinarian. I am unable to find a plant called philadrium and assume you meant philodendron. This plant contains calcium oxalate crystals that can cause irritation to the mouth and stomach if ingested. A dead leaf probably has little calcium oxalate and the risk for toxicity would be low. If Molly's mouth seems irritated, or if she's drooling or she vomits I'd recommend seeing a veterinarian.
