My dog ate chocolate and is slightly off and quiet. Is she okay?

At this time frame I would've expected her to have more signs of toxicity if she was going to have issue. However she could still have mild stomach upset so watch her for loose stools/diarrhea and decreased appetite. If she is fine after 24-36 hours she's unlikely to have any issues.

The amount is not enough to cause serious toxicity in a 15lb dog, but you should still monitor for tremors, increased heart rate, hyperactivity or seizures. Minor GI upset can usually be managed at home with a 24 hour fast followed by a bland diet in small, frequent amounts until symptoms resolve. Either can induce vomiting if the ingestion has happened in the last two hours, then administer activated charcoal to further inhibit absorption.

It's best to take her to the vet considering the amount of chocolate ingested is unknown and she was vomiting (an early sign of chocolate toxicity).
