I'd be concerned about the bone if there was one in it. The bone can cause a GI obstruction or perforation of the GI tract. Keep an eye on Ella for now. If you see vomiting, blood in the poop, diarrhea, anorexia, or lethargy, have her seen by a vet immediately. Best of luck.
