If he continues to vomit than you should be worried and have him examined by a vet. Your vet can take an X-ray to look for signs of an obstruction. If the vomiting has resolved than just monitor him for additional signs.

It is possible that she has an intestinal obstruction or blockage from eating parts of her blanket. This is usually diagnosed with x-rays of the abdomen, and an intestinal obstruction is a surgical emergency. If he absolutely cannot get her to a veterinarian until 7am, I recommend not feeding her any food in the meantime. She can have access to water, however she may vomit this up. Hi, if he seems restless and in pain I would take him sooner rather than later. If he is able to sleep/curl up and the gurgling noise seems to be the only problem, I think you can wait until the morning.

You could try withholding food for about 6-8 hours as long as Julie is otherwise healthy and doesn't have any other symptoms. You could then try offering a a small amount of a bland diet like a mixture of 25% plain, boiled boneless chicken breast and 75% plain cooked white rice (as long as Julie doesn't have any food sensitivities). If she continues to vomit you should contact your vet.

If Blue is not vomiting or having diarrhea, is eating normally, has a normal energy and no abdominal pain I wouldn't be concerned about the noises. You could try adding a probiotic (available at most pet stores and online) to his food to see if this makes a difference and seek veterinary care if he does start vomiting/diarrhea/lethargy/pain.

If she is behaving normally otherwise, try fasting her for 12-24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte.
