Thank you for using PetCoach. It is very hard to give a simple answer to anxiety questions. First we need to figure out what type of anxiety Bella has. Often medications can help along with training. Medications alone won't solve the problems without working on the underlying cause. In some cases Adaptil products or thundershirts can help, but training is also important. An appointment with a veterinarian that deals with behavior can be very helpful for anxious dogs to determine the best course of treatment.
