Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 3 years and 10 months old | 75 lbs
Daisy has been licking and chewing her backend. I believe she busted her anal glands open for the second time. She bled pretty bad last night but using the water hose, I sprayed her off until the bleeding stopped. No longer bleeding, no noticeable pain, no fever, eating and drinking fine, seems healthy. I'm not working right now and less than $100. I don't want her to get infected. What should I do? Can someone prescribe amoxicillin for her?

Unfortunately, Blu really needs a vet. I would get an ecollar for when this ruptures. It looks like it is going to rupture soon. This is not only painful and she should get pain meds but she also needs antibiotics for an infection. Here is a website with some suggestions on financial help for veterinary care. http://www.thejerseymoms.com/financial-help-for-veterinary-care/
