My dog hates her allergy food. What can I feed her for fish, grain, egg allergies?

I would try hills z/d ultra or royal canin anallergenic (an even more restricted version). Ensure also she is not receiving any additional treats, flavored tablets, bones, table scraps or raiding any garbage bins. She may also require prescription medication to resolve the current flare up. A home prepared diet may be an option but would have to be formulated with the help of an expert nutritionalist and can only comprise of novel ingredients (foods she has never eaten before such as kangaroo/venison/sweet potato etc - these are very difficult to supplement sufficiently and are very expensive to maintain in the long term)

I am happy you were able to figure out what was causing Zoeys issues. Typically with food allergies we recommend a hypoallergenic diet that is a prescription food. I am not sure the RC diet she is currently taking is over the counter or prescription. Most of the time dogs are allergic to the protein source like beef or chicken. If the RC food is prescription I would recommend talking to your vet about possible Hills or Purina which also has prescription foods. If your RC diet is over the counter you can try and switch foods but I would watch close for the protein source and realize it is possible the new food might cause problems if it was contaminated when made. With full resolution of her symptoms this indicates the condition is food triggered and you have options of either maintaining her on royal canin anallergenic/hypoallergenic (with or without a few treats - try a new ingredient no sooner than once every 2 weeks and remove if any symptoms return) or trying to transition her onto alternative, sensitive diet (should be a food based on a small number of ingredients and 'fixed formula' - ie not one which is made from different ingredients for each batch - those based on rabbit/venison/ostrich/sweet potato etc can be successful). The risk is when changing diets is that she may relapse - in severe cases with complete resolution of signs then maintaining the successful diet would be my preferred option - this is a high quality, balanced diet and perfectly ok to feed lifelong

Cooked salmon is fine. We typically recommend avoiding the frequent proteins found in regular diets. This may include chicken and beef mainly. For novel proteins, we typically recommend venison, duck, or rabbit. You can find commercial diets with these ingredients. Occasionally, pets may also be allergic to grains, so selecting something with a single ingredient such as potato and duck is usually the best option. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Feeding her just eggs would not be a balanced diet for your dog. If you think she has a food allergy then you would need to feed her a novel protein (venison, duck, kangaroo, and rabbit are examples of novel protein sources or a hydrolyzed protein) You could use prescription diet z/d or d/d. You would need to feed the only diet for 6-8 weeks and monitor for improvement.

Your only option is to try another protein source that is easie to find or switching brands. Royal Canin makes a rabbit and pea formula and a venison and pea cat food for allergies. Hills does make the D/D in other variety such as salmon that you can also try. Unfortunately they are all expensive though

First of all this information regarding peas, potatoes and lentils is not true whatsoever. you can feed him any brand of food that is grain free and chicken free, many companies have at least one product that will fit this description- Orijen for example have a food called "six fish", it's grain free and there is no chicken in it either.
