My 85 pound dog ate 35 mg of acepromazine instead of 25 mg. Is she okay? Will she be okay?

She may have extra sedation from the increased dose. If she has had the lower dose before and did fine I suspect she will be OK. However if you notice your dog is difficult to wake up, excessively sedate or unresponsive she needs to be seen by veterinarian immediately.
Unfortunately there is no antidote for Acepromazine overdose but as it can cause low blood pressure we sometimes get fluids to help support their blood pressure until their system has metabolized the medication.
