Can I diffuse lavender, chamomile, frankincense oils safely near my pet?

Updated on September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 7 years and 1 month old | 17 lbs

Is it safe to diffuse lavender oil, chamomile oil, and Frankensense oil with my pet in the room? I use them at different times not combined. Thank you.

When diffusing these oils, make sure that Chloe has the option to escape the room if she is uncomfortable. They should be safe, but we can’t guarantee that she won’t have a negative reaction to them.
