What deworming medicine should I use for my 1-month-old Labrador puppy?

I would recommend an over the counter dewormer like pyrantel. Pyrantel will kill roundworms and hookworms. I am not sure if India has a problem with whip worms or not. I would recommend taking a fecal sample to your local vet to determine what parasite they have and that way you can treat.

You can use the Drontal Plus to deworm him now. It is an excellent deworming tablet and you only have to give him one tablet now. You should given him another deworming tablet in a month, and then he should be dewormed every three months thereafter.

This would depend on the types of intestinal parasites diagnosed. In general, Strongid (pyrantel pamoate) and Panacur (fenbendazole) are two of the most common dewormers used in puppies. Discuss an appropriate dose with your veterinarian before deworming the litter. It will likely need to be repeated in 2 and 4 weeks.

If the pups are on a monthly heartworm prevention those typically include prevention for intestinal parasites as well and is the better option for parasite control. Otherwise, I suggest having a fecal sample checked by a vet to ensure there are no parasites in their stool. Piperzine (the active ingredient in WormEze) dose not treat for all parasites that a puppy may have.

This looks like roundworms. You need to deworm this puppy immediately with pyrantel pamoate and febantel. They can be dewormed with this product as young as 2 weeks of age. If the stools are otherwise normal and there is no blood in the stool, then I would recommend the basic dewormer Pyrantel Palmoate, which treats for hookworms and roundworms. If your pets have obviously loose stool, then they may need a broader spectrum dewormer such as Fenbendazole. Hello. Ideally, you should bring a sample of the stool to your vet for a through analysis. That way, anything unusual can be properly treated. But in the meantime, you can go to any pet retailer & pick up several safe & common dewormers such as Pyrantel pamoate, or Safeguard wormer.
