I'm having trouble finding an actual ingredient list for this product online - the closest I've seen is that it contains "essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals", which isn't very specific. So it's hard to say with 100% certainty, but in general, I would not expect a natural calming supplement like this to cause any problems or complications in a diabetic pet.
It's always best to let your regular vet know if you are considering starting any kind of new supplement or OTC medication with your pet, so I would suggest giving your vet a call just to make sure they have no objections :)
