I just bought Bravecto for my dog. She has epilepsy and I mentioned this to the vet. She said bravecto can still be used but with caution. My dog doesn't have seizures often, maybe once a year from what I have noticed. Do you think I should still give my dog Bravecto? Will her seizures be more severe or what are the risks giving it to a dog with epilepsy? Death?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Every medication has side effects and seizures is a side effect of this medication. It is mostly seen in unhealthy pets or dogs that already have seizures. If your pets are healthy and don’t have seizures, I wouldn’t be concerned. Kisses to your pups!
