My beagle puppy is sick, not eating, yellow poop, not improving.

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | 1 month and 24 days old

My 52 days beagle is not eating anything, has weakened a lot is going yellow runny poop (very less) we have consulted the vet but no improvement please fastest and most effective help is needed. (Photos are of laddoo, the medicines prescribed to him , he vommitted something yellow even after giving the medicine)

Unfortunately, this is a situation that requires care in person because the symptoms described can be due to any number of things. If your pup isn't improving on his current treatment plan, he may need to be hospitalized with your vet so he can get IV fluids and medications to help him improve and prevent dehydration. If you don't think your vet is helping, seeking out care from another vet or a local ER clinic is best.
