There are limited medicines you can give cats from over the counter but the place to start is a bath in baby shampoo to get the scales and dandruff off. Second you can get ear mite medication and dewormer me from a local pet store. They also sell flea medicine such as advantage or frontline that is safe for over 8 weeks of age. If it is ringworm then it is contagious to people and other animals and will need a prescription from a vet for proper medicine.

Ringworm can be very stubborn to treat in cats and requires both oral medication and topical baths, often for several months until the ringworm is cleared from the cat and the environment. Unfortunately a benzalkonium chlorine spray will have no effect on ringworm. The only thing I could suggest at home would be a topical antibiotic cream that may help to treat any secondary bacterial infection.
