Unfortunately no, there are no OTC medications you can use to treat Magick's ringworm. She needs an oral anti fungal medication because Microsporum canis (fungal organism causing ringworm) is spread diffusely throughout a cat's entire hair coat, and the whole body needs to be treated. The oral anti fungal medications are prescription only, so you have to make an appointment with the vet. Antifungal medication (most likely a topical ointment based on itraconazole or similar) is required. Hello. Are you treating Minocha for ringworm? Ringworm is a fungus that can spread on any loose hairs, but it is not an easy infection to catch from a cat unless you have a compromised immune system. I would definitely keep her out of bedrooms & not let her sleep with anyone. Continue to treat any spots with your antifungal medicine prescribed by your vet. Bathing then is an option to start but not very practical long term. They make prescription medication that is safe in cats to clear ring worm. If it is 1-2 spots, an ointment may be easier. If it is several spots the n oral is better. Your vet can examine one or two and confirm it's ringworm and get you the medicine you need.

If you are concerned that she may have ringworm, she should go to her vet for confirmation and will need to be started on oral antifungal medication.
