A little stray/feral kitten is limping on her back foot after being MIA for 3-4 days and mom and siblings are being distant. What should I do?

Clean the wounds with soap and water. You want to get the pus out and get as much dirt and debris out as you can. Good nutrition can go along way with injured kittens also so make sure it is eating well. Since the feet are injured it is best to keep the kitten confined so she won't try to jump and injury herself more. This is all you can do until you get her checked by a vet
