You can TRY. However, don't expect a harmonious, love fest type reunion. Even though they know each other, you will need to introduce them slowly, just as if they never knew each other previously. The biggest potential problems are aggression between the cats, and litter box issues. You need to have separate food bowls for each of them, multiple places were water is available throughout the apartment, and ideally 4 litter boxes. (the recommended number of litter boxes = the number of cats +1).
If you want them to all live together again, with time, they probably can do so, but be patient with them. Make sure they each feel that they have resources for their needs (water, food, litter box) and that they don't need to compete for those resources.
