Why is my neutered cat so active and constantly meowing for play?

Sounds like Luna is a handful! He is still young , I suppose, so he has lots of energy and needs to get rid of it. Try to throw him paper balls and play a lot with him to use u some of that energy. He will love you for it. He is obviously recuperating well. Yay no more stinky urine!

Some pets will be more active once they wake up from sedation. This is usually temporary and will usually wear off in a few hours. It is very important to try to keep his activity minimal. I recommend to have him contained in one room with his litter box, food and water. Try to pick a room that does not have tall furniture or anything that he may try to climb or jump off and on.
