Why does my kitten have nosebleeds, painful bump, and balance issues?

Your picture is a bit blurry but I would worry that this might be a tumor. A nasal polyp or fungal infection might cause an ulcer and nose bleeds as well. I would recommend seeing your veterinarian to have Fatcat examined.

It could be many things, including a bacterial or fungal infection, ringworm, poorly healing wound, cancer, among others. Since there is blood and pus now present, I would recommend that Oliver get checked out by a vet. The vet can look at the wound and see what may have caused it, clean it up so it can heal better, and prescribe antibiotics or anti-inflammatories.

I would recommend taking Snow White to a veterinarian. This can be anything from a bacterial infection to a fungal infection (like ringworm). They can take a woods lamp (it is like a black light) to see if it glows green. If it does it is ringworm, if it does not it still could be. Only 50% of all ringworm shows up positive with this test. It looks like he may have a dermatitis on his nose which could be secondary to a bacterial infection, trauma, allergic reaction, or possibly a fungal infection. He should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can do a culture, if needed to help diagnose.

Ouch, poor Winston. I'd just keep an eye on it for now. If it doesn't go away over the next few days, gets bigger, or starts to bother him, have him seen by a vet. Also have him seen by a vet if it appears infected or there is nasal discharge.

Ideally, the kitten should be physically examined by a veterinarian to diagnose any other injuries. If it is a minor bleed, it should stop with some gentle pressure. If there is internal injury, that can be addressed by the veterinarian after the exam. Monitor for lethargy, ataxia (wobbly gait), difficulty breathing, pale gums, uneven pupils or bleeding from the ears or anywhere else.

I would recommend that you have your cat examined by a vet. These are not good problems to have, and could be caused by a number of things including stomatitis, FIV, oral or nasal cancer, bacterial or fungal infection, among others. The vet will do a thorough exam, and may need to run blood work and maybe x-rays to determine the cause.
