My kitten has a neck lump after injury and is lethargic. What's wrong?

my 8 mo old kitten has a knot the size of a .50 piece on the left side of neck. last week he got his head stuck under bedroom door, body was on 1 side, head on the other. door was pressing down on his neck. doesn't bother him if i touch it. i noticed 4 days ago he was eating grass & vomited once. since then he has began loosing weight, doesn't want to play, his eyes look really sad & tired, loss of appetite, extremely lethargic, and yesterday i noticed him holding his head down & hiding it in hi

I'm sorry to hear that Jiraiya is having these problems. He needs to evaluated by his veterinarian. He seems to have multiple issues that may or may not be related to the neck injury. He will need a thorough physical exam and then depending on the findings, possibly x-rays +/- bloodwork. Depending on those results a treatment plan can be formulated. Good luck to you and Jiraiya!
