My 3 month old kitten got her boosters shots and is now limping on her back right leg. Her shots were given s/q near the shoulder blades. She does seems a bit lethargic but I think its from her leg.

I think it's unlikely that Turk's limping and lethargy is related to the vaccines given the time frame. Vaccines can cause soreness at the injection site that could lead to limping, and can also cause lethargy but usually the symptoms are both noticed 24 hours after the vaccine. I would recommend having Turk examined by your veterinarian - they can look for bone and joint abnormalities or potentially a wound that is causing lethargy and pain, and prescribe pain medication if needed.
