Why is my 2-month-old kitten lethargic, not eating, and limp?

It sounds like poor Olive is sick. Anorexia and lethargy can be signs of many illnesses such as a systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. Since Coco got her vaccinations a week ago they are probably not the cause of her symptoms. I would be concerned about an injury or wound in the front paw that she is favoring. Your kitten needs to be seen by a veterinarian. This sounds like a chronic infection which needs to be addressed. Matted fur is a sign of the cat not grooming itself and not playing is also a sign of not being well. This is not going to go away by itself. Please take your kitten to a vet tomorrow morning.

Poor Maggie. There are several things that can cause vomiting and lethargy including hairballs, parasites, upper respiratory infection, eating human food, foreign bodies +/- Gi obstruction, certain viral and bacterial infections and much more. I would stop feeding her milk as most cats eventually get to where they cannot tolerate it. I would try to keep her inside so she can rest and offer her different types of food to try and entice her to eat. If she is still refusing to eat tomorrow or the vomiting is continuing, I would have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to do a fecal, blood work and even x-rays if needed.
