The vet says my foster kitten is either having a reaction to the SQ clindamycin BID she has been on for her URI or an allergic reaction to the kitten formula. Vet suggested stopping the clin (said she looks better enough not to need it) and to gradually switch her over to drinking goats milk instead. I asked about putting something on her skin but the vet said not to. How common are bad reactions to formula in kittens? And is goats milk really enough/as good? Not even vetericyn on her skin?
