My kitten had femur surgery with a pin. Why is she suddenly in pain?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 8 months and 1 day old | 8 lbs

My kitten broke her femur and she had surgery 6 weeks ago and has a pin in her leg everything was going well and all of sudden she starting screaming when she moved a certain way and moved her leg up and were not sure why this is happening all of a sudden

Have her rechecked and possibly xrayed by your veterinarian or the operating surgeon. The pin may have migrated or moved just enough to cause pain. Restrict her activity as much as possible until the exam.
